I was born in Hong Kong and grew up in Chicago. I attended Indiana University in Bloomington; received my Bachelor of Science degree in Public Affairs. After college I came to Ohio and worked in social services and government for 14 ½ years. During this time, I planned grassroots programs for low-income families and administered programs in the energy, education and conservation fields. In 1994 my husband and l started a retail pet business, and still own it today. I have been a customer of Roush Honda since 1993 and decided to join the team. I have learned over many decades of service a quality product is important. However, the customer’s experience is of utmost importance. I am committed to sales and service excellence and will only provide to my customers the best car buying experience! This is my promise to you!

I leased a new car with Jan and she was absolutely wonderful to work with. It was my first time leasing and she was so helpful- she took time to answer all of my questions, worked hard to get me a gre wonderful to work with. It was my first time leasing and she was so helpful- she took time to answer all of my questions, worked hard to get me a great deal on my new car and a good deal on my trade, and made sure I felt totally confident driving my new car off the lot. It was an enjoyable experience from start to finish and I love my new Civic! I would highly recommend Jan and Roush Honda to anyone looking to buy or lease a new car. More

This was my second time at Roush, they missed me the first time but they made me hit the brakes this time around. Jan did an excellent job negotiating to meet my needs on a new purchase.
