I was born in Hong Kong and grew up in Chicago. I attended Indiana University in Bloomington; received my Bachelor of Science degree in Public Affairs. After college I came to Ohio and worked in social services and government for 14 ½ years. During this time, I planned grassroots programs for low-income families and administered programs in the energy, education and conservation fields. In 1994 my husband and l started a retail pet business, and still own it today. I have been a customer of Roush Honda since 1993 and decided to join the team. I have learned over many decades of service a quality product is important. However, the customer’s experience is of utmost importance. I am committed to sales and service excellence and will only provide to my customers the best car buying experience! This is my promise to you!

Jan made the Honda buying experience fun and exciting ! She made us feel important and answered every question we had. My husband and I have both had Honda’s for many years and I love my old one so much She made us feel important and answered every question we had. Another wonderful experience at Roush Honda! We’ve been customers since 2006, and for good reason. Their no-nonsense approach, friendly staff, and excellent service department keep us coming back. I worked with Jan for my new CR-V and she was wonderful. I first came in to see her in late 2020. We established exactly what I was looking for, and she kept on it until January 2021 when everything fell into place. In the meantime, she stayed in touch which let me know she genuinely cares for her customers and did not forget about what I was looking for. Jan is friendly, relatable, and has a wonderful excitement for what Honda offers. We look forward to working with her in the future! More
