Going to this dealership is nothing short of a nightmare to me. I got totally screwed over by the sales team. They roped me into three warranties I did not want after we discussed a price. It’s my fault I d to me. I got totally screwed over by the sales team. They roped me into three warranties I did not want after we discussed a price. It’s my fault I didn’t read my contracts better because my ether was built up to purchase a new vehicle. I canceled the warranty and the three grand stays in limbo until my lease is up. A month went and the finance guy called me up cursing and screaming that I canceled the warranties because he probably got charged back his commission. I advised him if he was honest with me I would of probably purchased the warranty’s. So ok two years later I go in for service the service advisers cursing in Spanish to one of the technicians while I’m standing there like an idiot. She tries to sell me a transmission flush like it was part of the oil change. I kindly said no and asked her to contact me when the car was ready because I needed to go about my day. Four hours went by no phone call and the service department was closing. I call up and ask if the car was ready and it was. I cannot wait to turn my lease back to them and never ever purchase another vehicle again from Atlantic Honda. I love the new passport and will be going somewhere totally different for my next car. More

The staff is friendly. I went for an oil change and a whole review of the car was done. I dont believe it was accurate though because my tire pressure on their paper said it was at 35 and when i checked whole review of the car was done. I thought everyone was very courteous and took the time to answer all my questions. They were not pushy and trying to make you purchase the car that very minute. They did not harass you with calls & emai to answer all my questions. They were not pushy and trying to make you purchase the car that very minute. They did not harass you with calls & emails after your first visit. I thought their prices were very fair and better than the other dealers I visited or received on line quotes from. They were very organized when it came to finalizing everything and filling out all the forms etc. They made the final process as seamless as possible. My salesperson Janne took the time to show me the car; she showed me the two different trims of the CRV that I was considering. She had them parked side by side so I could clearly see the differences between them. This really helped me make my decision. She offered to have someone pick me up the day I was picking up the car if I needed a ride. And I did not live that close. When I picked up the car again she took the time to show me all the various features. I would recommend this dealership. More
