Bait and switch. Strung me along for 4.5 hours on a deal promised to me in writing via email and then went up by thousands when I arrived at the dealership. The entire sales management team at this dealerships are a fraud and try to trick you into paying more than you think, by moving money around and hiding money in payments and fees not specified on the contract. This is my 5th sales experience here and will be my last. Only 1 out of those 5 visits resulted in a purchase, and I should have learned my lesson that time when they tried to charge me extra fees that they didn’t think I would catch because they were quoting me monthly payments. Will never return, and I suggest anyone reading this review to heed my warnings. I used to sell cars, and this is a problem dealer from start to finish. They didn’t fool me because of my sales experience, but they swindle unknowing people every day. The one positive thing I can say is that Janne Perez is helpful, pleasant and reasonably honest. The sales management team dictates dealership policy, so it is rarely the salesman’s fault. If you do go to this dealership, make sure you ask for Janne. She’s great. I travel 45 mins each way to go to that dealership, rather than the one 3 miles from my home, bc they are sooooo much nicer to deal with. This time, however, I went in for an “express” oil change and it took 2 1/2 hours- they said they were badly backed up, when I inquired, after an hour and a half had gone by. While I understand that happens, the service person taking in my vehicle should have disclosed that before they took my car away, in which case I would have made my decision about whether or not to reschedule the oil change for a better time. Other wise I would have given a 5 star rating. Love Atlantic Honda! More

We have went to 3 places with a set price and payment and all three places either wanted mo 2 days ago my wife decided that it was time for a new car. We have went to 3 places with a set price and payment and all three places either wanted more money down to have the payments low or would not come close to what we ask for. However i was recommended to Janne Perez from a friend. I contacted her with our set budge and was firm on it. And what can i say, she delivered. We talked over the phone briefly and my wife spoke with her as well. We had set up a time to come to the dealer where she works at and when we got there everything was ready. She had 3 Honda crv in different colors ready for us to view and drive. She want not pushy or rushing us to get into a car like the last three places. She took her time telling us the many options we had, very knowledgable on the vehicles, and overall very professional. I would recommend her any time and day to purchase a vehicle from Atlantic Honda. Hopefully in the near future we can purchase another Honda from her again. More
