Good sales people; finance manager screwed up I purchased a 2019 Accord Hybrid recently from Atlantic Honda. The price was good and Janne Perez was very helpful addressing any concerns I may have I purchased a 2019 Accord Hybrid recently from Atlantic Honda. The price was good and Janne Perez was very helpful addressing any concerns I may have had. I was told to leave a deposit and that deposit could be used to pay for my new tags. The finance manager confirmed the price due upon pick up. A few days after pick up I received a call from the billing dept that I did not pay in full, in fact I owed Atlantic Honda $200. After referring back to my conversation with the finance manager we could not agree on a way to move forward. The finance manager has not returned my calls on how he wishes to proceed. The finance manager was rude and pushy on the phone even after admitting his error. I would not recommend anyone to deal with Atlantic Honda going forward. More

Very happy and satisfied with Customer Service. I recently leased a 2017 Honda CRV from Bayshore Honda. The Sales Rep, Jane Perez, was a very persistent young woman who made many calls to make sure I recently leased a 2017 Honda CRV from Bayshore Honda. The Sales Rep, Jane Perez, was a very persistent young woman who made many calls to make sure I would re-lease with Honda/Bayshore. She won me over. My experience was most pleasant. I am also giving a call out to a Trainee named Gabriel. He helped with my Insurance so that I was able to get car and leave same day. He was most helpful and also quite pleasant asking if I would like coffee or water, etc. Thank you to both Jane and Gabriel. More
