Jaramy was off the charts wonderful. I came in basically for a 35 thousand Mile checkup and she had been following up with me over the past several months suggesting that I might have good value on my vehic for a 35 thousand Mile checkup and she had been following up with me over the past several months suggesting that I might have good value on my vehicle, as a trade in. And I basically dismissed it but I thought what the heck I would at least see what they would give me. She was prompt fast looked at my car they gave me a stellar offer, I said yes but what do you have that I can buy and she found the first car that she turned around on her computer screen, was the car I am driving right now. She sold me a car without selling me a car and I think she is one of the most fantastic car people I've ever met. And I buy a lot of cars. Thank you so much More

Very welcoming and courteous employees. Jaramy LaLonde from the moment we drove into the dealership was very polite,helpful, informative and need I say with an outstanding Customer service . Her positive from the moment we drove into the dealership was very polite,helpful, informative and need I say with an outstanding Customer service . Her positive attitude and respect towards my daughter and I was one of the reasons we actually bought the car. We had left a Toyota dealership in weatherford Tx with a very terrible experience with the so called Sales Manager. We really were skeptical about Audi Dallas because of our experience with the other dealership, but decided to give it a try. Lo and behold it was a totally different experience. Glad we made that drive. Absolutely worth it!!! My daughter is so in love with her surprise. will definitely visit again. More
