In years past, a loaner would be available, but more recently, the complimentary ride to and from the service department has been really helpful. Jaramy is an outstanding and genuine professional. I went into to buy Audi Q7 and she helped me understand all the possible options and patiently explained me the differences between different packages. In t into to buy Audi Q7 and she helped me understand all the possible options and patiently explained me the differences between different packages. In the end, I didn't end up buying a car from her because of personal reasons (Car seats were made of animal leather and that's not something me and my wife were comfortable with) but even then she was very respectful and continued to help me find any other possible vehicle. Whenever Audi comes up with non leather option in Audi Q7, I will surely go to Jaramy for next buy. Thank you again for making me feel respected and valued. More
