When walking us through the car, she was incredibly thorough and thoughtful, making sure we understood all the new features without ever feeling rushed. What meant the most was her dedication. She even stayed late to ensure everything was perfectly set up before I drove off, which truly speaks to how much she cares about her clients. This is my third Audi, and experiences like this are exactly why I keep coming back.
