Jaramy Lalonde and the Audi Dallas team are the best. I was having an issue with the release lever on my back seat. I reached out to Jaramy and she was on it. The next day I had and appointment with Tim I was having an issue with the release lever on my back seat. I reached out to Jaramy and she was on it. The next day I had and appointment with Tim Bennett in service. He worked with my extended warranty and had everything worked out in no time.
