Having spoken with Jaramy before I arrived she made note of my preferences, previewed potential vehicles. She patiently took me around to see all of my options. Even when I question my decisions she talked of my preferences, previewed potential vehicles. She patiently took me around to see all of my options. Even when I question my decisions she talked me through them and we ended up selecting a car that very day. She supported me through the process and I was able to drive off the lot that day with my new purchase. She was very knowledgeable not only about the options of the car but also about the technical specifications and capabilities and was able to convey those to me. I feel confident that it was due to her expertise about the vehicle in about an Audi in general that convinced me to buy a car that day. I recommend her to anyone who is looking for an Audi. More

LaLonde) was very attentive, knowledgeable, and extremely patient. All key factors in "customer service" (which seems to be lost in most businesses these days). More importantly, was her quick response time to text messages and emails; a true time management skill! And speaking of time, she ensured her time was our time. She valued our time, ensuring all our questions and needs were met and delivered without hesitation. What a true joy to experience an employee who goes above and beyond for the customer! More

I did NOT expect to leave with my new car. I indicated my cost goal pretty early and Jaramy came back with a counter, pretty close 2 what I wanted 2 pay and Done. I have purchased many vehicles on my own and cost goal pretty early and Jaramy came back with a counter, pretty close 2 what I wanted 2 pay and Done.
