My wait time was less than what I expected. I needed regular maintenance, plus I asked that the car be checked over to make sure it would be ok on the trip I was taking. My truck was delivered to O. D.Jeep on Monday afternoon, and my scheduled appointment was for Tuesday at 07:30. On Monday, the shop mechanic said it was most likely the starter. I D.Jeep on Monday afternoon, and my scheduled appointment was for Tuesday at 07:30. On Monday, the shop mechanic said it was most likely the starter. I agreed. He said to make sure we checked in with Jared. We waited in line for 45 minutes to do so, and was greeted by a very hostile service writer who penciled all of my info down on a sticky note and told me (asked me): dude, if your appointment is for tomorrow, we'll get to it then, why are you checking it in now? Because the mechanic told me to... On Tuesday, Jared asked me who my warranty was through, and I responded the name. On Wednesday I called to inquire. Jared lied to me and said he had sent me an authorization form to fill out 19 hours before, and couldn't do any work until that was signed. He also told me he needed the phone number for the warranty company, so he could contact them. He then sent me the link. While he was on the line, I filled it out and signed it. I told him what I had done, and he got upset with me and said I shouldn't have signed that because he was going to go through the warranty to fix the issue. He told me it was the starter, and that he would put it on order, and that it would be in Thursday morning, but the shocks needed to be replaced and that would mean leaving the vehicle longer. I reminded him that I work out of this vehicle, and that it was urgent to get it back as soon as possible. He acknowledged that. On Thursday afternoon I called and spoke to Jared and he said: Dude, I'm putting that part on order now, it will arrive Friday morning and as soon as it gets here, we will put it on the vehicle for you, but we still need to address the shocks. I said I understand, and when the shocks get in, we could schedule a separate appointment for them. Friday at noon I called and inquired about my vehicle. Jared responded it had just been finished and we could come in to get it. I told him I was 12 minutes out. He said ok, we'll have it ready for you when you get here. I arrived. Paid him and signed too many papers, he handed me the fob and said/asked: they didn't pull your vehicle up? I said no, its in your tow lot out back. That's where I retrieved it. Jared was hostile, disrespectful, and unprofessional the entire time he was handling my vehicle. I hope this is an anomaly for Olathe Dodge More

I was treated horribly Drew got mad and threw his clipboard on his desk. There was miscommunication and Drew had a nasty attitude throughout. I wasn’t happy with general manager patted Drew on the ba clipboard on his desk. There was miscommunication and Drew had a nasty attitude throughout. I wasn’t happy with general manager patted Drew on the back and offered me a free oil change. This wasn’t a money issue, it was a customer service issue. I’ve bought several vehicles from this dealership and never had a problem until now. This was a simple oil change.
