Adam in Service Department is great in person but will not communicate at all once you leave your car. This has happened a number of times since I purchased Jeep there. They kept it for 3 days without up not communicate at all once you leave your car. This has happened a number of times since I purchased Jeep there. They kept it for 3 days without updating me at all. I left message two days in a row with no response. After I finally talked to manager, come to find out it was ready ( probably sitting there for a couple days ). Then I made an appointment & took it back the next day for an alignment in hopes to give them a second chance and Luke cussed while I was on phone trying to find answers when no one was calling me again. The new manager Mack is awesome and has great customer service, but he shouldn’t have to get involved. I will never be taking my Jeep back to them nor recommend this place to anyone. More

Was super fast and very communicative throughout the process! I brought my parents vehicles here and was very happy that they were taken good care of as well! Jared was absolutely fantastic! ! He took a really unsatisfactory situation and made it so much better. He was extremely communicative and understanding of my grievances. My previous ! He took a really unsatisfactory situation and made it so much better. He was extremely communicative and understanding of my grievances. My previous service technician was completely the opposite and caused the situation in the first place. I also heard from the customer service manager, and she was also understanding and promised to get back to me but did not. I purchased my car at Olathe Jeep and have only had it serviced there. If not for Jared, I would never bring it back there. It is not close to my house - there are closet dealers I can visit. But because of Jared, I will remain loyal. More

Had the oil changed in my diesel truck, total came to $222 which blew me away. When I asked about the price as it was much higher than normal I was told that’s the price. So I immediately called two othe $222 which blew me away. When I asked about the price as it was much higher than normal I was told that’s the price. So I immediately called two other local Dodge dealers and 1 told me their price was approximately $110 + tax, another was around $150. I informed my service advisor about the difference in price and he became upset after I advised him that I was going to give the dealership a bad review. I felt that the advisor didn’t care about how I felt about their high prices but more about his review. I asked to speak with the manager which occurred later in the day as he was not in the office. We spoke about their prices compared to other local dealerships and he informed me that he needed to look into it and discuss it with personnel. He was asked to call me back which I am still waiting on. Depending on his response will depend on whether they keep my business or I go elsewhere! I highly recommend you compare prices between dealerships as there is a crazy disparity for the same job!! More

I called 4 times and the receptionist explained you no longer offer rentals. Which was fine. It'd been nice to know from the start. But it all worked out. More
