On Monday, I took my car in for service. I own a Ram ProMaster Cargo Van, which I converted into a camper van. I told the service representative that I wanted to know the amperage rating of the alternator, as I was interested in installing a higher-output one—specifically, one rated at 220 amps or more. From the very beginning, he completely ignored my question. Three days later, I wrote to him to check on the progress of the repairs, but he did not reply. I had to go there in person on Saturday; he wasn't in, and the person who assisted me told me to come back on Monday—seven days after I had originally dropped the vehicle off. Had I been treated properly, I would have had the tires replaced and aligned, as well as the oil and air filter changed, along with other recommended maintenance items; however, I was not well served. I gave my rating and will let it speak for itself. I cannot speak for the sales side but I would highly advise that you find anywhere else to get your vehicle serviced. my vehicle still isn't put ba I cannot speak for the sales side but I would highly advise that you find anywhere else to get your vehicle serviced. my vehicle still isn't put back together correctly but I'm not willing to deal with them anymore. I'd rather pay out of pocket to have someone else square it away. More

I brought my Wrangler 4xe in for warranty work while it was still under warranty. This dealer replaced the wrong part and the vehicle ended up going out of warranty while they had it. Once they finally had was still under warranty. This dealer replaced the wrong part and the vehicle ended up going out of warranty while they had it. Once they finally had a field tech look at it, it was out of warranty so they wouldn't get paid to fix it. They tried to tell me that it is designed to squeak during operation. This is a vehicle that is 3 years old. They've lost most of their leadership, and the new crew isn't any better. Greg Russel, the operations manager, doesn't evened bother to read service notes before telling you he can't help you. Do not bring your vehicle to this dealer for service. There is better Jeep dealer service just 10 minutes away. More

Had a 9:30 am appointment for a check engine light. Left the car with Brian. By 2:30 we never heard anything so we texted the number like we were told. No response. 3:30 call up there. Talk to someone but leave a VM for Brian. 4:00pm text again, no response. 4:20 call up again and the message says service is closed. Drive up there. Brian is no where to be found. Another guy tracks our car down for us and tells us the diagnostic was never done. Too busy, only one tech, end of the month, etc…. The 2nd guy was actually very nice and helpful but don’t understand how they can have the car for 7 hours (with an appointment) and not get anything done or fail to let us know anything at all. More
