I had to go out of town so my wife had to go over to pick up the truck. When she did, it was unorganized. The sales representative initially couldn't tell her what had been fixed in the shop, the fuel tank was only a third full, and about half way home she realized that the temporary license had not been placed in the back window. As far as sales representatives go: Daniel was the ultimate professional, extremely knowledgeable about the product, and helped resolve the issues on the delivery day. Brenden was always polite but he should be more responsive to the customer's phone calls and notifying when the vehicle would be available. More

Got screwed!!! Bought a used car with a bad motor had it in the shop for more then a month. Had to follow all there loop holes trying to get someone to fix it. Ended up with another motor through my warrant which covered a used motor and had to go without warranty after that. Car still broke down again, left me on the freeway was get the run are from service and sales! Had to replace with a new ford with a payment I really didn’t want at this time in order to not get screwed over to bad traded in the Kia that was sold to me in bad conditions in the first place!! Now I’m stuck with a 8 year car payment and paying higher interest!!!! More

Liars Even senior management will lie to you. Took a used car in to these people to sell. They told me the bearings were bad on the supercharger on my car, Even senior management will lie to you. Took a used car in to these people to sell. They told me the bearings were bad on the supercharger on my car, and that it was going to be $2500 to fix before they could sell it so they discounted what they told me that they would give me for the car by the $2500. Turned out that there was nothing wrong with the supercharger on my car and it went for sale the very next day! Buyers/Sellers be ware!!!!!! More

He was willing to work with us to ensure we were able to get the car we wanted and went the extra mile after we purchased the car to ensure it works for our family. Josh personally walked me through the cars systems to ensure I am able to use the features and has been there to answer any and all questions we've had since purchasing the car.
