Excellent Customer Service I went into the dealership and was met by the receptionist who was very friendly. She introduced me to my sales person Austin White. Austin was prof I went into the dealership and was met by the receptionist who was very friendly. She introduced me to my sales person Austin White. Austin was professional, knowledgeable and very patient. We test drove 2 vehicles -he answered all of our questions without hesitation. Austin was not your "typical car salesman" - he wasn't pushy, he want't to make the deal work best for all involved. Once we decided to purchase the vehicle - Austin kept us informed every step of the way. Once the vehicle came in - Austin sat with us and explained every aspect of the vehicle. His words were " after you leave and you have a question about the car, I will face time you and walk you through anything you want to know". OUTSTANDING customer service! Sales Manager Jared Mann was nothing but professional - I would recommend doing business with Audi of Fort Myers - and I strongly recommend Austin White as your sales consultant. Great job Austin! Not impressed I was looking at a Certified Pre-Owned Audi which I was impressed with but did not end up purchasing. I was not at all impressed with the sales team a I was looking at a Certified Pre-Owned Audi which I was impressed with but did not end up purchasing. I was not at all impressed with the sales team at this dealership. The first sales member did not bother to take my contact info and said "well take my card and check back with me" as they could not show any of their Audi A3's due to a recall. On a second visit, I requested another rep who was more attentive, but then started with the high-pressure (stereotypical used car salesmen) techniques which was a big turn off. Ultimately this sales staff came across as arrogant and only interested in their bottom line versus the customer. The second rep never called to follow up on the offer they made. Maybe they sell too many cars and don't need the business? I would not recommend this dealership. I ended up buying a new Lexus and couldn't be happier. More
