AMAZING EXPERIENCE Most people refer to buying a car as painful as sitting in a dentist chair having your teeth drilled. I have to say the experience I encountered from start to finish at Pinebelt was exceptional. I was first greeted with a video txt telling me that my vechicle was ready and waiting for my test drive. I though that this was a pleasant surprise and made me feel happy that they were looking forward to meeting me and my husband. Once I arrived I noticed that each and every salesman was a dressed in crisp while shirts and ties. They had smiles on there faces and appeared to really enjoy there workplace. Everyone that entered the showroom was offered a bottle of cold water and fresh baked cookies that made the showroom smell amazing. My decision was between two different trucks. In order to help me decide they parked them side by side so that I could sit, look, and see both of them. Unfortunately my credit is not the best, so I was concerned about the outcome of me leaving with the truck I wanted, but the Sales Mgr. David Kidd, said keep smiling and let me do my job Angel Vazquez (My Salesman) will take care of this and I promise we will make it work, and they kept there word. I left with the truck I wanted and I couldn't be happier. They all made the experience painless. I was happy with everything from start to finish. My husband and I even said if you make this happen I will buy you a cheesesteak and he said deal. So when we left the dealership with my 2014 White Suburban I made my first stop at the pizzeria to buy that cheesesteak. Angel was surprised that we held to our word.
