Rich was great to work with and really went out of his way to show me multiple models and explain options and pricing. Robert was also very accommodating in working through the vehicle costs, trade in value and financing. I was able to get the same finance rate that my own bank offered which enabled me to close the deal with Pine Belt expeditiously. Jared Neumann was also very professional with his assistance in finalizing all paperwork and getting me out the door. I would definitely recommend Rich Lewis and Pine Belt to anyone looking to purchase a Chevy. More

When I returned for my plates, they remembered me, came by cashier to say Hi, asked how I was enjoying the car & Bob Penny himself installed my plates. And she was 1000% correct. Bill was great!! He literally took all day with me deciding, he's an extremely hard worker and it shows. He loves what he does. He's very personable with you and doesn't b.s you into buying a car just to make a sale. You feel like your talking to one of your friends. He's extremely honest friendly and kind. Another great 'bill highlight ' is he pays attention to the details you'd want in a car if it doesn't have a sun roof he'll tell you the second you say " ooh what's this car?" Etc; proof he's not just into the sale. Such a hard worker both at pinebelt and even on his days off he's always there to answer any of my questions. Everyone I dealt with there was amazing. And I will gladly recommend friends and family to BIll and staff. I as well will surely be back because of the great respect kindness non-pushy-ness and at ease he made my car buying experience he is def by far one of a kind. More

New customer for life! This was my first time working with Pine Belt Chevy in Lakewood, and I can honestly say that it was by far the best car buying experience of my life! This was my first time working with Pine Belt Chevy in Lakewood, and I can honestly say that it was by far the best car buying experience of my life! I had a "unique" situation and what I like to call the perfect storm of obstacles in getting me behind the wheel of a new vehicle. I had credit issues to start, I was upside down in my current lease ( the payout was $17,000 and the car was worth $10,000) which left me $6,000 in the negative, and on top of that I was 10,000 miles over on my current lease, which meant I owed an additional $3,000. My current lease was with Lester Glenn in Toms River, and I had actually went to them first hoping they would help me out. I was disappointed to find out that I was turned down for financing and told there was nothing they could do to help me. As you can imagine I was pretty disappointed with Lester Glenn, and honestly worried about what I was going to do about getting a new vehicle. Thankfully I decided to go to Pine Belt Chevy in Lakewood! I met with Ahmed my salesman who not only was extremely helpful and vigilant, but also very understanding about my current situation. Sometimes you go into these dealerships and worry about how you're going to be treated, especially with someone in my situation. Ahmed was on my side the whole time and determined to get me out of my current mess of a situation, and into something new with a fresh start. So Ahmed explored every option possible with me and together with his finance manager Jared, they somehow, someway got me financed and into a NEW 2015 Equinox!! I can honestly say that if it wasn't for Ahmed's diligence in exploring my various options and Jareds hard work putting together a finance package and utilizing his personal relationships with various lenders, I would be walking to work everyday not knowing what to do. I know they didn't make much off of my deal, but that didn't matter to them. What mattered most to them was that they found a solution for me. They truly do put the customer first, which is hard to find in that business.
