Justin in sales was awesome. He made us feel relaxed and welcome when we came to the dealership and had the car we were interested in ready for us to test drive. The whole experience was as relaxing as it can get for a car purchase. No hard sale. The vehicle we purchased was used with some minor issues but Justin assured us he would make sure to have those things repaired. He lived up to his word and we couldn't be happier. Jared in finance was also great. He took us through the finance process, showed us some options and was very knowledgeable explaining everything and answering all our questions. When we had to drop our vehicle off a few days later to have it serviced we were given a loaner car for the day. That type of service is personal and that's what makes all the difference. Overall, if I was to guide anyone in their next car purchase I would highly recommend they go to Falmouth Toyota. More

I started my search for a new car in June 2023. I met Ronnie and asked him questions concerning “market adjustments” that other Toyota dealerships have. I returned in Oct. 2023 and in Feb. 2024, when I finally purchased a new 2024 Highlander. I had been going back and forth in my own mind for several months as to whether I would purchase a Highlander vs. a Grand Highlander.
