You are greeted by name when you arrive; they are organized as they process your arrival and maintenance needs; they provide a reliable estimate as to how long the maintenance visit will require; the facility is neat; the waiting areas (including a quiet room) are very clean; the free WIFI signal is strong, allowing you to work while you wait; and there is free coffee.
