John Dreps got in touch with me and went above and beyond to help me get a deal worked out before stopping in, as I live over a hour away from the dealership. When I was available to stop in John was off, so I was setup with Larry Lerbakken who took over and continued to make the whole process an enjoyable one. He showed me the vehicle and addressed every concern I had moving forward. After that was all taken care of he got all of the extra information needed from me and finalized everything. When it was time to sign all of the paperwork I sat down with Jared Porcell and since the deal was already done, thanks to John and Larry, it was quick and easy. Jared presented some more options on the financial side of everything and was also very helpful. The entire process was simple and I had a truly great experience buying here. I want to thank John, Larry, and Jared for all of their help and for making this a great first car buying experience for me! I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to work with no hassle, friendly people! More

We starting talking to Tim Maltbie and the rest was history. The service there was the best service we have ever had. They were polite, well informed, gave good prices, and always had cars priced lower than competition. I was thoroughly impressed with the finance team as well. I would recommend anyone who is desiring a hassle free car buying experience to stop in to Krystal and see what that feeling is all about. More

When we came upon the truck at Krystal it was one of our contenders. Working with Brian, Chris and Jared was unlike any other dealer experience we had. No pressure and they took care of issues when negotiating. Thanks Krystal. More
