2017 Ram I never drove a truck to 146,000 miles before. The Ram gets great mileage and if taken care, you can get 146,000 miles. Also, I never purchased the same exact truck twice in a row. But, I finally found the right truck and I'm sticking with it. Krystal called me to tell me they had a deal for me. I wasn't interested in buying a new truck. I was going to take my old truck a little further. Eric found a nice truck , so I closed the deal and drove away. This is the third vehicle I purchased from Krystal in 4 years. No need to shop elsewhere. Everyone was very nice and pleasant to work with. Something to be said about being 5 miles down the road. Vicki's NEW TRUCK Went to Krystal 3 years ago and came back but they did not have the truck I wanted,so i went to another dealership where I saw one I liked but they ha Went to Krystal 3 years ago and came back but they did not have the truck I wanted,so i went to another dealership where I saw one I liked but they had sold it.They searched for a siimilar vehicle and found one .They said they would get back to me after Thanksgiving,but by Monday they had not. I located a truck 3 1/2 hours away and called them. They called me back a little later with a price but never followed up.Tim Maltbie called me a day later and I told him I found one but did not want to deal with long distance Dealership. He got back to me within the hour and I went in the next day and put a deal together to both our satisfaction., He got the truck from the other dealership and I took delivery. My wife never drives the new vehicle before I bring it home,but the FIRE RED TRUCK was what convinced her in the end. More

Online discovery I learned that Dodge was offering 4K in rebates and incentives with only a few days left on remaining 2017 vehicles. I surfed the net and found the on I learned that Dodge was offering 4K in rebates and incentives with only a few days left on remaining 2017 vehicles. I surfed the net and found the one I wanted at Krystal CJD. I called and talked to Larry on Wednesday, finalized the deal on Thursday and picked our new Dodge Journey GT on Friday. We got a fair trade in on our 2013 Journey too. The whole transaction went smoothly. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and willing to help. I would not hesitate to deal with them again. I will recommend them to anyone. More
