We haggled over warranties and he still worked with me to get what I felt was fair. I had a great experience with this dealership and a service issue with a different vehicle purchased from a different dealer. They went out of their way to make it right. They even listened to my stupid stories without cutting me off and rushing me along. Great overall experience. No pressure. More

As the process continued, my fiancé and I were surprised at how much we enjoyed the dealership as a whole. Having dealt with shady salesmen and managers for months, this day was beyond refreshing! Brian and the staff wanted nothing more than a happy customer and for me to be in a vehicle I wanted. Once the process was complete, Brian was very informative on all aspects of the vehicle from safety to the bells and whistles. He was very helpful in programming the computer and making my vehicle ready for me to take. I was 15 years with my last vehicle and hope to have my Ram for a long time. It is important to me to feel comfortable with my vehicle because they are a long time commitment and John understood that and did everything to make sure my new baby was right for me. I will definitely refer others to him and the dealership as a whole. Jared was great with the paperwork and got me the warranties I needed to keep my baby looking good. He was knowledgeable and also went above and beyond to make the experience of giving MONEY away tolerable. LOL!!!! Great, excellent, I can't say more about the people at Krystal. More
