He was very helpful in programming the computer and making my vehicle ready for me to take. I was 15 years with my last vehicle and hope to have my Ram for a long time. It is important to me to feel comfortable with my vehicle because they are a long time commitment and John understood that and did everything to make sure my new baby was right for me. I will definitely refer others to him and the dealership as a whole. Jared was great with the paperwork and got me the warranties I needed to keep my baby looking good. He was knowledgeable and also went above and beyond to make the experience of giving MONEY away tolerable. LOL!!!! Great, excellent, I can't say more about the people at Krystal. More
