They have respect for the buyer: they didn't shove extra things in your face and convince you that you should get this instead of that. They were able to show us an estimate of what our pay would be at different rates. Employees knew what they were talking about with no uncertainty. Straight forward, didnt try to sell us anything extra. Showed us how the use the vehicle and it's features. Located different items in the car itself.
