I dealt with Tim Maltbie from the beginning and could not ask for a nicer guy My car buying experience at Krystal Chrysler Jeep Dodge was excellent. I dealt with Tim Maltbie from the beginning and could not ask for a nicer guy and salesman. I had gone to three previous dealerships in the capital district looking for a 2015 Toyota Sienna and at each was not really given the time of day. All three I might add were Toyota Dealerships. I spotted a used Toyota Sienna online at Krystal and called about it. Tim quoted me a good price on the phone and at the time of purchase dropped it a little bit more. It was the only dealership out of my search that actually worked with me on the price all the others were what you see is it. Tim even sent me pics of some minor scratches on the vehicle as my concern was to drive an hour plus and find a very used vehicle. I could not ask for a better experience and highly recommend Tim Maltbie and any of the staff at Krystal Chrysler Jeep Dodge no matter what make of vehicle you are purchasing. More

After looking around at a few dealerships, and not being happy with any of the deals other dealerships were offering I reached out to some of my coworkers/friends. Luckily one of my friends told me about Krystal, and how good of a deal she got. About how they actually worked with her for a price she wanted. So I decided to check online to see what they had. Of course this all black ram caught my eyes so I requested more information on it. Brian got back to me right after I put in the request. When I got to the dealership the truck was all ready to go for me to test drive. After I drove it I realized how much I liked it and had to have it. I was concerned about my credit only being 24, but he worked with me and gave me such a good deal. Along with Jared in finance. You guys did absolutely amazing. I am so pleased with my expirence here. Being an hour away I never would of thought to look at this dealership especially being in such a small town. So happy I did though. i will 100% recommend to other friends/ coworkers/ anyone looking for a vehicle! More
