This is definitely the most top-notch dealership in Houston. From the sales person Jared States to the finance guy Doug Gilmer. We were treated with the up most respect. Jarrett States our TOP Notch Sales Professional was very knowledgeable about the car inside and out and took the time to explain every detail of our new car! Our finance guy Doug Gilmer made sure we felt very comfortable with the signing of our papers and made sure that he explained each and every detail of the papers we were signing as well !! We truly had a pleasant experience at Northside Lexus!! I must say everybody at this dealership was very professional and the dealership was very clean & very inviting! We will definitely recommend northside Lexus to all our family and friends! If I could give this dealership 10+ stars I would definitely do it! The phrase "everything is bigger in Texas" has already been coined, but I'm coining my own phrase..."Texus Lexus". A big shout out to Eric Fuller and the rest of the Northside Lexus staff (Needham, Caleb been coined, but I'm coining my own phrase..."Texus Lexus". A big shout out to Eric Fuller and the rest of the Northside Lexus staff (Needham, Caleb, and Jared) for helping me out and getting my wife the new car she wanted (and deserved!). I had a great experience working with Eric. He was very forthright in his approach which went a long way in my book. I never felt pressured and at the end of the day I knew driving all the way to Northside (4.5 hours) was the right decision for me and my family. It was definitely worth the trip. Thanks again for the great experience and when we need a new car down the road, I will absolutely be reaching out to Eric again. More

Salesman was great. Finance office was great. Service was awful. They had 3 hours to change a tire and wash the car. Once I got back at 2 plus hours later, the service department had done nothing. I had to w awful. They had 3 hours to change a tire and wash the car. Once I got back at 2 plus hours later, the service department had done nothing. I had to work another hour and a half. Had the told me it would take them 4 and a half hours to change a tire and wash the car, I would have gone home with my husband and returned the next day. More
