I purchased my first Toyota from them and had the car serviced there consistently for the 13 years I had owned it. Went back because it was time to purchase a new car and we wanted to trade in our ol serviced there consistently for the 13 years I had owned it. Went back because it was time to purchase a new car and we wanted to trade in our old Toyota. We had it looked at by service because there had been some recent problems. We were honest about the car and the used car manager offered us $500. The salesperson advised me of this and I asked for $1000 and we would have a deal. One week later I still have not heard back from the dealership. In that time I have sold my car on Vroom for $5700 disclosing everything that was on the most recent service record. I have also purchased a 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe Limited that is much nicer than the car I was planning to get at Toyota. We were loyal to them but in the end they were not loyal to us. They have lost our business and trust. More
