The worst service I have ever received. Two different technicians went on a test drive and BOTH heard the noises. Mark Tinger then intervened and said neither tech heard any noises. Then when pushed with the facts he advised in writing that he and the techs took a ride with two other similar vehicles and the noise was the same. He also emailed and left a voice message threatening to call the police if I didnt return the loaner. I had told someone else earlier that I would need to keep the loaner until my car was fixed. Been waiting for the owner to call me back for a week. More

Today service included transmission and radiator fluid exchange, & an oil change along with routine multi-point inspection. In addition to excellent service, the Early Bird/Night Owl drop off option accommodates my schedule when regular hours are not convenient.
