Lithia Honda/Medford Far Exceeded My Expectations! My KBB search (Top Tens under $25K in multiple categories) and a lengthy perusal of reviews made the 2018 Honda CR-V EX my purchase choice, excluding My KBB search (Top Tens under $25K in multiple categories) and a lengthy perusal of reviews made the 2018 Honda CR-V EX my purchase choice, excluding our preferred dealer (Roe Motors, close to home, good people, & community supporters). We made an appointment at Lithia Honda/Medford by phone with J.T., who supplied multiple contact avenues so we could communicate. I wasn't looking forward to the appointment: My last car purchase was 15 years ago, and I still remembered the high-octane push-and-pull while dealing with a guy determined to sell me a car I couldn't afford & didn't want. (I bought a new 2003 stripped Malibu I could afford, but it soured me on car salespeople.) However, our Lithia experience was exceptional: One of Lithia Honda's standards is that they don't have to "sell you" because the Honda sells itself. As we drove in, and as we walked toward & into the showroom, other sales personnel made eye contact, smiled, or waved -- it made me feel more at ease, as we were never rushed, pushed, or overwhelmed. I told J.T. over the phone that I'd selected the Honda CRV EX, based on research & shy of test driving the vehicle: He impressed us from the first by having a model with all my preferences (even the color!) ready for us to drive. He explained that he'd drive first to introduce the car's features. Because I was nervous about the tech and still learning about my phone, J.T. took time to connect a phone like mine to the system & showcase the compatibility and ease. As foreign as the experience seemed, the test drive was nonetheless a pleasure because J.T. was a fine teacher who was clearly at home with the car. He also LISTENED, accepted that I'd done my research, and filled in the blanks as required, moving us forward at a comfortable pace. We appreciated his dedication to us as customers and valued his time & expertise, but I shared that a day's drive would save us money from another dealer. We'd have driven there because we're frugal, although most might feel the difference wasn't worth it. J.T. negotiated on our behalf, and we met in the middle because he earned our trust, our respect, & the sale. Our next step was Jesse the finance pro. That could have been excruciating: This was a major purchase, a financial commitment, and such a change for me (from old-school mechanics/stripped to high-tech/countless features) that, three days later, I'm still incredulous that I'm driving this beautiful car. But Jesse is courteous, professional, organized, calm, and low-key, and his presence was reassuring. We didn't expect to drive a car home that night (we'd been there well over three hours; be aware that, even when everything flows well, a test drive and vehicle purchase takes an investment in time), but at the end, there was a hearty congratulations over the P.A., the Manager arrived to shake our hands & wish us well, the car had been washed & shined and a very minor upholstery scuff cleaned for us, and J.T. reminded me that he'd be there to answer questions. The next day I texted a question, and his response by text was quick & concise. What a relief! Given our experience, I heartily recommend Lithia Honda/Medford: They carry a well-stocked fleet of superior vehicles and employ dedicated, loyal staff ready to coach you through your fact-finding, purchase, and learning curve. More

2018 Honda Pilot I saw the Honda on line and sent in a request to see what pricing was available. JT got right back to me and we set up an appt to come se the car. We had an excellent experience from the minute we arrived and we were wraped up and out the door in about 90 minutes. I will definitately be back to buy another Honda! More

Good people and great truck. One suggestion Everyone at the dealership was good. I got a good deal and did not feel pressure. They took care of the after-sale details well. I would recommend to anyone looking at Honda to examine the owner's manual before buying. I am hugely disappointed and might have had 2nd thoughts. I can't figure out how to do several things--things which should be in the book but are not. The new Owner's Manual is very short, without worthless photos and images. Worse yet it just does not go into detail. AND they recommendation is to check You Tube, which I never do and won't do. I wear hearing aids and usually can't follow such videos, and in any case I want a resource that I can pick up, check the index, read about what's what--often while I am in the truck. The owner's manual and instructions get an F grade--worst I have seen. The dealership, great--an "A" grade. The truck might get a good grade too, but since a few things are not explained, I am not sure. I will give one last example: the Truck has side cameras. But at night the turn signal hits the camera so I can't see a thing. But I have also checked the index for 5-6 other things and none are listed. Obvious things that are in every other Owner's Manual. Disappointing. More

Out with the old, in with the new! None the less I sent an email and was told to come take a look the next morning. Then to follow that up we received a notice, via email, to bring in our vehicle for an oil change that was super easy to schedule online and took less than a half an hour to perform. Ha!
