Eventful Negotiated a new car purchase on a Friday expecting to accept delivery on Sunday/Monday. Was informed on Saturday that the new vehicle was sold by an Negotiated a new car purchase on a Friday expecting to accept delivery on Sunday/Monday. Was informed on Saturday that the new vehicle was sold by another agency and was no longer available. Very seldom happens I was told, and I believe that. Negotiated a new contract for another new vehicle and was OK with the new contract (original sale was in '17 and new sale was in '18, had to deal with OR new car sales tax issue). Lithia was quite accommodating in my selection of a new vehicle meeting my specifications. My original contact, JT, was on leave and Christian also worked with me. Reason for rating JT higher than Christian was his experience/knowledge. In my opinion Christian will get there eventually. More

New car purchase !Our new car purchase was quick and easy. We first went on a drive with a demonstration and then each of us drove it. He spent plenty of time with me and explained how my vehicle worked, as it has many features that are new to me. I received a call just this morning from him to check on how I am doing with learning the functions. The only thing that has happened, that is a little frustrating, is getting the paperwork to my financial institution here in Klamath Falls. Instead of going through Rogue Credit Union, I am wanting to finance through First Community Credit Union. My finance representative has called and requested the paperwork to be faxed to her, but unfortunately this has not happened yet. She has called and also left messages and so have I, but no call back to me or her, and no paperwork faxed. I am sure the financial representative is busy, but it would be appreciated if she could contact my credit union and get the necessary paperwork to them. Overall my experience has been very good. Got a great car for a fari price I should have done better research about new car purchases before I went in. I had done some, but not enough, research on pricing. In the end I got exactly the car I wanted at a fair price - not a steal of a deal, but I don't think I was swindled or overcharged. The staff worked really hard to make sure I was happy, and when I felt uneasy about some of the charges they were very gracious and responsive to explaining everything to me and showing me documents that I asked for. Buying a car is stressful, and I haven't purchased a new car in 15 years so I felt pretty out of my element. They were really understanding about that and set my mind at ease. I will be coming back for service, as needed, and I feel good about continuing to work with Lithia Honda. More

Then I was reminded to take advantage of credit card rebates. Got a great deal (did my homework before we went out) and was still smiling the next day. More
