Let me expalin why: I first stopped into the Carrollton store on a hot day just to look with my wife. Jared helped us understand the choices we had and thoroughly knew the cars and features. He walked us around the lot while we just brainstormed ideas. We left that day never feeling any pressure. He followed up in a friendly way but we were not ready to buy. A few months later, on a rainy day, we stopped by to narrow our choices. Jared walked us around on that damp day again patiently helping us with info anf some indicative pricing. We left that day not feeling any pressure giving us time think about choices and our budget. A week later the sales Manager Bobby Richardson followed up and very nicely discussed our needs and pricing. Ultimately, within a day Jared and Bobby worked to get us into our preferred car and within our budget. All the while, I never felt pressured. It was truly a professional effort to work within what we could afford. I am so pleased to have worked with these guys to get a deal done. Thanks More

I didn't need to tall Jared what price range My sales consultant was Jared Wingard and he was 3 steps in front of me during this whole sales process. I didn't need to tall Jared what price range I wanted to be in but one time! I only had to tell Jared I wanted "more options" but one time! Jared went to the back office and came back out and offered me the Titanium model in my price range, no back and forth.. I was so greatfull my 19 year old daughter purchased her first car while we were there. I have purchased somewhere in the neiborhood of 10+ vehicles is the past 15 years between me, my wife and 3 daughters. And the last two we brought home yesterday were both leases, so I WILL BE BACK in a few years.... Thank you Jared! More

I talked to Jared over the phone first, and agreed to buy the car from him after talking to other dealers in the area. He was the only one who sounded like he enjoyed his job over the phone. Jared greeted me immediately as I was walking out of my old car. He was knowledgeable, friendly and has a good sense of humor that made me feel comfortable as I test drove my car. Alexandra (Alex) was very enthusiastic, and explained all the options I could get with my car without being pushy. What impressed me the most was the financing department. I have been on other car buying adventures with other people, and financing always takes 30 minutes to an hour with the financing people trying to pressure you into warranty after warranty, or trying to convince you to lease. Justin showed a clear pricing break down, explained one warranty option that would benefit me the most, and I was out of there in 20 minutes with my new Ford Focus. My experience with this dealership was refreshingly simple and hassle free. More
