I rated the price as Good and Not Excellent because I believe my trade-in was worth more. That is my only issue that I had to contend with. The salesman were awesome. Extra nice and great to work with. They were not pushy and felt they were honestly wanting to help me find the right car. Used to get referral fees and I understand Ford stopped that. I don't agree because my daughter sold myself and a co-worker into purchasing a new Ford within 1 day of her purchase. More

There was no pressure. There was some negotiation but it was smooth and I could see that efforts were made to get us the car I wanted. Jared was very patient in showing me all the new features of my new Escape. In the past, buying a car has always been a nerve wracking experience for me. Not this time.
