There was no pressure. There was some negotiation but it was smooth and I could see that efforts were made to get us the car I wanted. Jared was very patient in showing me all the new features of my new Escape. In the past, buying a car has always been a nerve wracking experience for me. Not this time. We had worked with Jared Wingard at Ford in 2015 when looking for a new vehicle, while at the time the Ford Explorer didn't work for us (we needed a h We had worked with Jared Wingard at Ford in 2015 when looking for a new vehicle, while at the time the Ford Explorer didn't work for us (we needed a higher towing capacity) Jared provided excellent service and was very knowledgeable, Now in 2016 we needed a second vehicle and decided on the Ford Explorer. We didn't need to think twice about going back to visit Jared. The process of purchasing a car from Jared was excellent as expected, we agreed upon the numbers and moved forward with the deal. Everything was very transparent and explained to us well. The car was washed and ready for us to take home and the features of the car were all demonstrated to us before we left. Unfortunately in the past we have visited some other Ford dealerships in the DFW area where you get the typical 'car salesman' type rep and much higher numbers. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership in terms of great service, great inventory, and an efficient and stress free car buying experience. Thank you again Jared! We love our new Explorer!!
