Once you are close to closing the deal they bring in Alexandra to go over any and all add on options you could want. She was very informative but also not pushy at all in trying to up sell you on anything. She lays out the items and the benefits (with visual examples on site) and leaves it completely up to you on what you may want to add. I spent weeks shopping around at both Ford and GMC, came close on deals at other dealerships but they all ended up trying to sneak things in or flat out lie.
