Great Service Prior to me going into the service department, as I was getting out of my car a service tech offered assistance . After confirming my findings (brake Prior to me going into the service department, as I was getting out of my car a service tech offered assistance . After confirming my findings (brake light out) the service tech led me to the service desk. This was truly a sign of great customer service. At the service desk I was greeted in a very professional and polite manner by Ryan Murray. I must admit I did not expect to have my issue resolved in less than 30 minutes, but it was. I was very pleased with how attentive Ryan was to my issue and acted with a sense of urgency. Which was greatly appreciated. The overall experience was great and they were polite and very professional. Thank you More

Warranty Wrok Tried to start my Elantra and all I got was a dash of flashing lights. Gu\ot a jump and drove to Crown. Left it there and got a courses ride home. 15,000 mile service I've been dealing with Crown Hyundai for about 5 years. First I leased a 2013 Sonata then purchased an upgraded 2015 Sonata. The customer service at I've been dealing with Crown Hyundai for about 5 years. First I leased a 2013 Sonata then purchased an upgraded 2015 Sonata. The customer service at this dealership is excellent recently went for my 15,000 mile check up and Ryan looked up my record and saw that I had two recalls I had missed. They took care of them that very day, oil change, wheel alignment and whatever else I needed to make my car comfortable and safe, and a car wash to boot!. I moved from St. Petersburg to Countryside area, very close to another Hyundai dealership, but I still choose to drive down to Crown. Also, when I purchased my 2015 Sonata, I told Damian exactly what I wanted and he searched several dealerships and ended up finding mine in Lakeland. I couldn't be happier with my Sonata and Crown!! More

Correct Crown, Wrong Dealership Made an appt which I thought was for Crown Hyundai for a faulty power window and oil change. Arrived early, the time services open, but they couldn't Made an appt which I thought was for Crown Hyundai for a faulty power window and oil change. Arrived early, the time services open, but they couldn't find my scheduled appt on their roster. I had to find my email on my mobile, while Jarett Ziemak & Ryan Murray, also looked through their database unsuccessfully finding nothing. They so generously decided to accept my car for services despite my scheduled appt wasn't listed (found the email and it was for Honda... really don't like touch screens). I was relieved because the passenger window was stuck down and weather predicated rain for the next day, and where I reside I didn't have a garage. Also, Ryan informed me about the complimentary car alignment which needed attention, or later face consequences with replacement tires... An additional cost I didn't want, but he saw that I had the Crown Hyundai promotional card which would assist a discount in labor costs. Then he suggested a car wash, which I agreed. Ryan did indeed with the promotional card saved me money for all three services . Both Jarett Ziemak & Ryan Murray performed above the norm, THANKS, GUYS!! More
