Good experience and would recommend Crown Hyundai After visiting several Hyundai dealers looking for a blue Tucson, we hit Crown and met Mario Pozzi. They had one just like we wanted which still had After visiting several Hyundai dealers looking for a blue Tucson, we hit Crown and met Mario Pozzi. They had one just like we wanted which still had the wrapping, foam guards and plastic wheel protectors on it. Right off the truck, I guess. Mario stripped off all the stuff and my partner, who the car was for, took it for a test drive. Mario was friendly, patient and knowledgeable about the Tucson. After a little back and forth, we purchased it. Jarrett made sure it was cleaned up and ready to go. We were very pleased with the purchasing process and with Mario's help in making it happen. More

I expected a shorter wait than usual, I was only in for a small service issue, but Jarett had me out the door in 10 minutes. I didn't even have time to finish 3 pages of the book that I brought with me to help pass the time! I have purchased several vehicles from Crown and always highly recommend them when the subject comes up in conversation with family and friends. More

Best Hyundai dealer in the area I was actually at the dealership to service my 2012 Sonata when I was approached by a young man wondering if I would be interested in trading-in my ve I was actually at the dealership to service my 2012 Sonata when I was approached by a young man wondering if I would be interested in trading-in my vehicle. I have been toying with an idea of getting a bigger car in the last few months but was leaning towards Subaru SUVs due to their resale values and reliability. However, I have done a lot of research into Santa Fe Sports as well since I have been pleased with my last 2 Sonatas. So, I told him exactly what I would be interested in and asked him to bring their best deal to me. When Imad came back with an original offer it was far from what I would agree to. He took his time to talk to me and understood what my needs were and what I had in mind, so he was able to meet my expectations. While we were waiting for the vehicle, Imad went out of his way to accommodate us in every way possible, including providing a quiet and private place for me to nurse my baby. Mark with finance department was able to find the best rate for me and went over all the paperwork in a painless way in a short time. Never at any point of the process from the beginning to the very end did I feel pressured or in any way rushed. Everybody was very professional and respectful and very accommodating. This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this dealership and I took both of my Sonatas here for service. And Jarett, my preferred service advisor, always greets me with the smile and takes care of me as if I am the only customer he has that day. I like the treatment I get here every time, whether I am purchasing a new vehicle or getting it serviced. I have recommended them before and definitely will in the future. More

original reason for visit taken care of but not secondary I had to have a new battery installed on an emergency basis and Jarrett got that handled well, but while there I checked again into them contacting Hy I had to have a new battery installed on an emergency basis and Jarrett got that handled well, but while there I checked again into them contacting Hyundai to see if they would replace the passenger door handle inside the car. They replaced my driver one 6 months ago for the same reason the passenger one needs replacing, but because my warranty was up they would not replace the passenger side even though the warranty was also up when they did the driver side one. This is a known problem with these door handles and I find it hard to believe that Hyundai would risk loosing a customer over a part that costs $40, More

excellent service had to have help with a bad battery which was only 2 months old on easter saturday. Ryan Murray, service advisor had me come in after having a Nissan had to have help with a bad battery which was only 2 months old on easter saturday. Ryan Murray, service advisor had me come in after having a Nissan road service battery jump. He immediately took my vehicle in and diagnosed a bad cell. I received a new battery at no charge. I greatly appreciated his help on such short notice on a holiday weekend. he was both courtious and extremely helpful. He was also assisted by Jarett Ziemak. I consider Ryan Murray to be an excellent ambassador for Crown Hyundai Service. More
