Jarress is a Lexington native and has been with Mercedes-Benz of Louisville since 2013. He was at the Lexus Store of Lexington for almost 9 years. Jarress was Salesperson of the year for 4 consecutive years, and he was given the opportunity to hold positions as a Finance Manager and Sales Manager. Jarress has a love for sports, film, and theatre, one so strong that he pursued a career in acting, also attended the Actors Guild of Lexington before joining the automobile industry. While working in plays and film he decided that the movies weren’t the direction of choice. Jarress graduated from the University of Phoenix with a Bachelor’s in Business Science. Jarress is married to Vicki, has a daughter(Jayla) and another daughter that’s due any day now(Clarke). Great buing experience! We had a very good buying experience at the Tafel Mercedes dealership. From the moment we arrived at the dealership on Saturday (2 hour drive) we wer We had a very good buying experience at the Tafel Mercedes dealership. From the moment we arrived at the dealership on Saturday (2 hour drive) we were made to feel comfortable as though we were at home. There was no pressure to buy the particular car we came to see and test drive. The visit was all about us and making sure all of our questions were answered. We made a very reasonable offer on the Mercedes SL 550, it ultimately was accepted, and we came back to the dealership on Monday to pick up the car. We noticed a couple of things were not ready to go on the car, so at our request Tafel informed a sister dealership close to our home that these items would need to be taken care of. Both Tafel and this sister dealership were all about delivering great service and ensuring the SL 550 met our expectations -- which it did. Our salesman at Tafel continued to follow up on the progress of things until we picked up the car from the service department of the sister dealership. Finally, the title paperwork was sent to us in record time based upon my experience in buying cars over the years. Yes, I would definitely recommend the Tafel Mercedes dealership in Louisville to anyone. Sign me as a very satisfied customer! More

Great environment! I went to Tafel Motors with the intent to browse for a nice used vehicle. The salesperson, Wyndall Smith, not only helped me with that endevour but h I went to Tafel Motors with the intent to browse for a nice used vehicle. The salesperson, Wyndall Smith, not only helped me with that endevour but he made my experience at Tafel one to remember. Instead of throwing me to the side or acting like he didn't want me there like other dealers did, he able to allow me to view every vehicle I wanted. He also made sure to inform me on the history of Mercedes-Benz and the Tafel dealership which made me feel as if he genuinely wanted me there. He went above and beyond my expectations and even though I am not quite ready to purchase at this time he was and continues to be helpful in this process and is doing everything he possibly can to assist me with anything I may need. More

Love my new car! Tafel did not have the exact car I wanted but they spent an hour on the computer and found one I liked at another dealer, had it sent here, and 4 days Tafel did not have the exact car I wanted but they spent an hour on the computer and found one I liked at another dealer, had it sent here, and 4 days later I was driving my new car! I was very satisfied with the experience. I live 70 miles from Tafel but we were able to take care of a lot of the details by email so I didn't have to make several trips. More
