Tafel Motor Company gave me a fair price right up front with no Hassle. I traded in my used car to Tafel which is something I had never done before, they gave me a fair price right up front for my car with hassle. I had checked with many dealers on the brand and model of car I purchase from Tafel and on different brands and models of automobiles at difference dealers. Tafel Motors Company is 150 miles away from where I live. But it’s worth driving 4hrs run trip to get a fair price and the quality of service that I received. I would recommend Tafel to anybody that wants to buy a new or used automobile and pay a fair price and get great service! And the most important thing to me was Tafel Motor Company did exactly what they promise me over the phone and in E-mails and we all know that doesn’t happen very often when buying an automobile. More

Excellent purchase Wyndall Smith was our salesman, we are very pleased with our third Mercedes! I have never traded a new 2015 Mercedes for a used 2013 Mercedes before Wyndall Smith was our salesman, we are very pleased with our third Mercedes! I have never traded a new 2015 Mercedes for a used 2013 Mercedes before. Never would I have thought of doing this, ever! But my cute little GLK was just too small for our needs. So we started looking for a bigger SUV. I was ultimately looking for a Gently used GL450. They are very hard to find because there are so few of them. When you own one, you keep it! I get that. So, with no GL450's available, Wyndall showed us a 2013 ML 350. We liked it at first but we're still looking. I went to Lexus, Ford, Toyota and Audi. Nothing compared to my previous 2007 GL 450! So we went back and Mercedes worked with me to make a reasonable offer on my GLK for the 2013 ML350. I absolutely LOVE my new gently used ML!! Thank you Wyndall for making it happen!! I had knee surgery last summer and I honestly was longing for a comfortable SUV that was safe and reliable. Tafel Mercedes went out of their way to see that I remained a Faithful Mercedes owner.
