Having purchased a new CLA 250 for my wife approximately 10 months ago, we returned for another vehicle for myself. Immediately Jarress Turner greeted us as a returning customer when we had only met him passing the last time we were there. Skylar Crush was exceptional with his sales customer service and attention to detail. He took all the time we needed and showed us several vehicles and options. After selecting the ML350 we wanted, their detail team prepped the vehicle and pulled it inside the building to present it to us. The presentation, attention to detail and explanation of the vehicles features was an awesome touch. It made us feel like we were their only customers in the building that day. We will happily drive from Evansville, IN in the future for our next vehicle purchases from the Tafel team. More
