You made us feel so welcome and appreciated from the moment we stepped on the lot, it made all the difference in the world. I have to let you know that the experience is not the same elsewhere. I initially was very interested in a Land Rover vehicle but after the test drive and sales experience there, I promptly returned to Tafel. The customer experience was so dramatically different that it would be hard for me to imagine purchasing a vehicle from anywhere other than Tafel. I truly appreciate the transparency of the process at Tafel and I feel as though I got more than a fair deal each time we have gotten a new vehicle there. The customer experience at Tafel is truly world class and I want to thank you for making it so enjoyable again. I will be a customer for life. More

I already knew my sales person as a ne From the first time I entered Tafel Motors about 6 weeks ago, the staff members were impressive at every turn. I already knew my sales person as a neighbor so I had a direct connection. Eric Torsch is a phenomenal guy and a whiz at his career. In addition to Eric's excellent service in both providing information and always following up by delivering exactly what was promised, I have come to learn that all of Tafel's staff members seem to operate on the same high level of attention to details. I have never owned a Mercedes until this week. I would have purchased a different model a month ago but because of Tafel's thoughtful staff clarifying options and then stepping back to let me decide, I opted to wait on a 2016 GLE 350 and it is phenomenal. Since delivery, I have been in touch with concierge Megan DeWitt and multiple other service and support staff and every woman and man has been a delight to encounter. Megan helped me sort out some of the car's features that I failed to grasp in the initial orientation. Eric Torsch has also followed up to assure that I am getting the most out of my new Mercedes. I can't thank the Tafel team enough for the excellent service and attention. I don't know what took me so long to get here. Looking forward to working with Tafel in the coming years for all of my family's automotive needs. More

Being "hounded" by a salesperson constantly, pushed to sign, feeling overwhelmed by choices are some of the reasons for this. At Tafel this was NOT the case. The salesperson I worked with (Steve McDonald) was eager to help but without pressuring me. He made a point to understand my needs and remembered them throughout the process, as well as personal details that the conversation brought up. While you can always come away of a large purchase feeling that the price could have been better, I feel that it was mostly fair and that this dealer is not trying to make a sucker out of you. I can definitely see myself coming back to this dealer for my car needs in the future. More
