Thanks for the note Gary. It is appreciated. When I picked up my car Jarrett indicated that I would need new brakes pretty soon. I don't mind getting them and I am happy to have it done at Al Hendricson. I have looked on your website and on Toyota's national website and I cannot find any discount coupons...for anything in service. If you hear or see anything coupon-wise, especially if it pertains to brakes, I would be grateful if you would let me know so I could take advantage of the savings. Thank you.

I am so disappointed in the service. I will not be coming
back if they don't make it right. My new vehicle is insured and not to mention insured to the wazoooo with after market repair insurance purchased at

After mechanics come up with the same results of defective radio and Mic as I did, I was told in a later phone call that it was not going to be looked at anymore and to pick up the vehicle. Oh, forgot to mention the 45 minute wait to be seen as each person at service counter kept passing me off as they were staying, unprofessionally that they were not coming in the sext day to go to someone else, yeah really bad impression that we as consumers are just a number. Anyway back to my dilemma that the service tech was obviously told redact his statement that he achieved exactly what I was experiencing, unfortunately, he was on speaker with my wife and daughter as witness. So now my service tech text me to pick up my vehicle on Christmas Eve with no concern that they have not addressed the issue of my radio not properly working. It is obvious that this is a numbers game about get em in and out fast to make volume sales or servicing. My construction business bought vehicles in the past, but I have never seen the such poor service in terms of customer service once you buy their vehicle. I hope this goes to upper corporate managers as I am writing this as I deeply support my local business as I have lived and worked in Coconut Creek Florida for 27 years, but I guess loyal customers don't mean anything anymore, sad that were are here today, and writing a true but bad review on Al Hendrickson Toyota. Guys do what is right and not treat customers as cash cows. We are your loyal customers and that is worth more than money in the bank. I am very disappointed.
