Mr. Elder always takes great care of me. The service department was able to fix the hanging ceiling console instead of having to replace it. Since everything worked and it was just hanging I would have department was able to fix the hanging ceiling console instead of having to replace it. Since everything worked and it was just hanging I would have just glued it instead of paying over $1000 for replacement. Not sure why it would not be a warranty fix, the vehicle is only 2 years old. Great service. My appointment was at 8.30 and I came in at around 6.45 to leave the car. My advisor Chris Leporte was not there.
