Jarrett Elder was great as usual. However, I had an appointment for 9:30, arrived about 9:25 and was not able to leave until 12:30. 3 hours is way too long to wait for an oil change when there is an a appointment for 9:30, arrived about 9:25 and was not able to leave until 12:30. 3 hours is way too long to wait for an oil change when there is an appointment made and kept. The service done was great and I know they did more than just change the oil. Normally I am in and out in an hour so this 3 hour time frame was upsetting and I would have taken the shuttle home if I had known it would take that long. More
