Will cost more than twice of what you will pay to the State & even at AutoTag - Added cost that you may not be aware of like certification - Does NOT accept outside finance. If you got a great rate from your bank, go somewhere else (if they have the car) - Some employee still inexperienced and does not appear to know the car well, so if you need more detailed information, Google may help you more. Personal experience: Customer service for the overall company have A LOT of room for improvement. The workers were trying to help; however, it seemed that they lack the necessary training to have "service mind." I walked into the wrong building and was left stood there while they just talked among one another and eventually had to interrupt them to ask. In a good practice, they would have already ask why I am here. The company does not appear to make the work easier for their employee either. For instance, they could have at least give a electric screwdriver, so the sale associate does not have to spend more than 15 minutes to change the plate. It's something as simple as that. Communication could improve. I understand that it's a big company and there are various departments, but communication could really help improve the customer experience. After the sale was finalized, we crossed to service department to have the second key done, but lack of communication led to a long wait for an "incomplete key." They could have told us earlier, so we could come back when they had all the parts. Overall, it seemed like the company's culture motivated employees to do the bare minimum for their jobs instead of "going above and beyond." Just a reminder if your employee are happy, the customer will likely be happy as well, and that will bring a lot more sale. More
