When I purchased the car a year and a half ago, I added the 3year service to the financing, when I I went in for my oil change they told me that’s I used that service up. When I asked for additional infor the 3year service to the financing, when I I went in for my oil change they told me that’s I used that service up. When I asked for additional information, they told me that it’s 3 years or 5 visits, which I was not told when I purchased the car. I would have not purchased the plan if I knew this.... very upset. Had to pay $65 for an oil change that I thought was going to be free since I added it to the financing in the beginning. Be aware. Was not the service representatives fault, but it was not fair to the customer, me either. More
