I already sent in the review very upset this time with my service the mechanic broke my plastic that goes around my seat sent my car out without even checking my tires left the piece of plastic on the fl my service the mechanic broke my plastic that goes around my seat sent my car out without even checking my tires left the piece of plastic on the floor, never even mentioned that he broke the whole piece of plastic around my seat because it was never broken like that I would never break my seat like that I cleaned my car the night before, and I would’ve noticed something like that. I vacuumed it. There was nothing broken in my car brought it to the attention before I left the dealership thank God the service manager came over to my car and he took care of it and fixed it, but wouldn’t you think that the service guy that I work with would’ve called me or came over and apologized no all they worried about is their reviews. Give me a good review. Give me a good review. You know what I understand. They work on reviews, but you know what I always come over to you because I trust you with my car you could’ve apologized and I sent you an email and on the email you said, please give me a review a good review if I didn’t send you that email, but I do think the sales manager for taking care of it because I know that’s his job. Hopefully, the next time I come in for my service I’ll work with somebody on the service line or maybe I’ll go directly Service manager More
