The load up job service man suckered me into buying a car battery that he told me was different than TrueStart and thats why I was paying 188.00 instead of 50 percent off on another TrueStart battery that I battery that he told me was different than TrueStart and thats why I was paying 188.00 instead of 50 percent off on another TrueStart battery that I had a right to have because my warranty was at 29 months. When I got home, I noticed that they put a TrueStart in after all and even my reciept says TrueStart on it! Why didnt they honor my 50 percent off? It is because the snake said that they were out of Truestart batteries and He was selling me a different battery brand and thats why I was paying 188.00, LIER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! He also said that he would not charge labor on the final sale because I was sitting there for 4 plus hours. He still charged labor!! LIAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When I called on Monday to report a nail in my tire, they told me they had one of my tires in stock and I made an appointment to come in right away. One of their drivers took me over to a local restaurant to told me they had one of my tires in stock and I made an appointment to come in right away. One of their drivers took me over to a local restaurant to grab lunch while they worked on my car. I was so happy to find out that I had road hazard on my tire, so thank goodness the tire didn't cost me anything; I only had to pay for balancing of the tire. Sweet! Thanks Toyota and Jennifer! More
