Jason has spent most of his adult life working here at Curry Honda. He started here in autobody reconditioning, then entered into the service shop as a dispatcher and warranty clerk. After finding his passion for working with customers, he settled as a service advisor here for over 15 years, and has now been our service director since 2015. Jason is a big Honda enthusiast and has a hobby importing Japanese market vehicles to the United States. When you are at Curry Honda you might see one of his unique little Honda Kei vehicles parked at the dealer. Jason is also a musician, and spent many years on stage in a popular Rock & Roll band as a drummer. He has managed to put together one of the area's best Honda award winning teams. When you come into Curry Honda's service drive you can always count on seeing Jason working hard with his crew.

It was so easy to schedule a service appointment right away. I was greeted immediately by Andrew and Joe, they are so respectful. Rich Conrad GM also made sure I was well taken care of. While I waited several staff checked in with me. Brooke cashed me out and is very professional and kind. I brought my 2024 Honda Pilot in for three recalls and asked the service team to inspect a strange whistling-cricket noise that occurred when lightly pressing the gas pedal at certain speeds. This was a challenging endeavor as it is a very strange and uncommon issue that is challenging to diagnose. The service team communicated with many higher-ups and field techs, and those higher-ups classified this as a normal characteristic. A different dealership went through similar steps, and their higher-ups discovered it was the transmission. It has yet to be replaced, so whether or not that fixes the issue is unknown at the moment. Upon learning this information, I called and spoke to Jason. Jason was very interested in the matter and was open to learning as much as he could about it. He was very understanding and offered me to keep in touch with him as we learn more about the issue. Jason and I were able to establish (what I believe to be) a trusting, working relationship. In addition, Brandon was very communicative along the way and seemed enthusiastic to taking on this challenge. I look forward to any future endeavors I may have with Curry Honda! More

I want to highlight a recent situation where I unexpectedly would have been without a car for a few important days. Cassie, a sales manager, went above and beyond to find a vehicle for me to use, unexpectedly would have been without a car for a few important days. Cassie, a sales manager, went above and beyond to find a vehicle for me to use, even though she had no obligation to help. Her kindness and initiative made a stressful situation much easier. The service department has always impressed me with their professionalism and honesty. They consistently look for the least invasive and least expensive solutions to keep my car in great shape. Over the years, Joe, Brandon, and Andrew have especially gone out of their way to help me, but truly, every person I’ve interacted with in the service department has been helpful, professional, and easy to work with. This week I brought my car in to address an alert that popped up, and what started as a service visit turned into purchasing a new car. During this visit, a casual conversation with Bret in sales led to a test drive and, ultimately, a new vehicle. There was no pressure, no gimmicks, just a friendly and informative interaction. This is the fourth vehicle I’ve purchased from Curry Honda, and each time I’ve been treated fairly and respectfully. I don’t know anyone at Curry outside of my business interactions, so I have no reason to share anything other than my truthful experience: the team here consistently goes above and beyond. Both sales and service are outstanding, and their consistency over time is what keeps me coming back.
