A great buying experience. I had the most wonderful experience buying a new 2019 Toyota Tacoma from Boch Toyota of Norwood. My sales person was Robert Bardwell, and to say he wa I had the most wonderful experience buying a new 2019 Toyota Tacoma from Boch Toyota of Norwood. My sales person was Robert Bardwell, and to say he was fabulous was an understatement. Right from the start Rob was engaging and friendly and made it seem like I was his only customer. I told him what I was looking for in a truck and my wife and I test drove several vehicles. Each time we came back, Rob would ask me questions on the vehicles. With his help, I decided on the Tacoma. It was just so easy. At no time did we feel pressure. Rob genuinely wanted us to be happy and in the right vehicle. He knew what questions to ask us, and he knew each vehicle inside and out, explaining all the features and even setting me up with Bluetooth, radio etc. I felt like we bought the car from a relative. Rob called me twice in the first week asking me if everything was good, and was I satisfied. Each time I gave him a resounding yes! Also, GM Jay Aufiero was terrific. He was ever so friendly, telling us that placing our trust in his dealership meant everything to him, and that he wanted our shopping experience to be the absolute best. Lastly, Peter in finance was equally friendly and impressive. He went over the terms of the sale so that I understood everything. He gave me a list of options to consider with zero pressure to buy. If you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle, do yourself a favor and take a drive to Boch Toyota of Norwood. I promise you, you’ll breathe easy and will not be disappointed. More
