Just as I expected They fulfilled my expectations of a lying car salesman. Told me they couldn't possibly sell my trade in and would have to ship it to an auction yard w They fulfilled my expectations of a lying car salesman. Just looking My husband and I went into have oil change on his truck and we decided that we wanted to look around and see what the Toyota van look on the inside. So we see other salesman standing around and we asked one of the guy who works there if we can take a look at one of the van and he said he will get a salesman for us. Which he did. The salesman, mike took us to look at the van and then the rava4. Which not of interest. I wanted something that will fit my dogs. Turn out we happened to chose the Toyota Corolla iM. So we bought that car. So what I am trying to say is for a salesman, even if you see a customer just looking, you cannot assumes that they are not going to buy. In my case I did. My husband and I saw many salesman just sitting around and chat instead of try to help customers. I’m glad mike help us. He is a very good salesman and very patient with us. More
