I am never a big fan of the car buying / negotiating experience, but it was pretty painless at Dee Dee was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. There was the regular haggling and back-and-forth with the sales manager, but I never felt Dee Dee or others were dishonest or high pressure. There was no high pressure sales of add-on services or accessories after the deal was done, which I appreciated. More

I emailed Lithia Toyota for a price quote on a 2017 RAV4, and from that point on received the best customer service possible. Jeff Lovett responded immediately with a great deal. We went in the next day to test drive and ended up purchasing the exact vehicle I wanted for a great price. It was really easy working with Jeff, Matt Paden, and Jason Beeman.
