I was hoping to get a buyback on my problematic car, but wasn't able to, due to it already being a lemon (Don't buy from Joe Van Horn). I knew exactly what car I wanted before coming in. Brian and Jason did a great job helping me get that car. I got $5,000 trade-in for my old car ($1,000 more than CarMax offered). The remaining balance was added to the loan for new car. I don't like how Brad forces GAP coverage on everyone. After turning it down a couple times, Brian was able to give it to me by not changing my payment amount. The car is doing great so far. Had I not waited so long, I probably would have given a perfect rating. More

Above & Beyond My intial interaction with this dealer wasn't positive, but once I drew the situation to the attention of the "General Manager" (Brian Crandall) the My intial interaction with this dealer wasn't positive, but once I drew the situation to the attention of the "General Manager" (Brian Crandall) the entire experience did a 180! Customer service was far beyond the "second mile" once Brian got involved. He asked Jason to take us through the car "delivery" and made sure we had everything we needed moving through the finance stage. Because of Brian, I would definitely recommend Heiser Chevrolet.
