Michael Ball made this experience delightful. In a time when car buying/trading is stressful, he made it fun. We have leased vehicles from Ed Martin since they only had the store in Anderson. Having a personal conversation with Markiss also was helpful and appreciated I waited until I had used the Ed Martin Toyota service dept for about a year before committing to shopping for a car there, as the service dept is where I will be frequenting for regular maintenance on my new 4Runner. They did not disappoint! If the service dept isn't OUTSTANDING, I move on. I've had nothing but great experiences with this dealership and am happy to give them 5-stars. More

Jay was a very pleasant salesman. My only recommendation would be not to keep trying to push something on the buyer. When buyer says no thanks, that’s it. I understand management pushes you to do that but would be not to keep trying to push something on the buyer. When buyer says no thanks, that’s it. Derik and Jason helped us secure the right vehicle for our family. Very thankful for their help. They stayed after closing time on a Saturday to make sure that we were cared for. Derik, in good faith, h our family. Very thankful for their help. They stayed after closing time on a Saturday to make sure that we were cared for. Derik, in good faith, held the vehicle for us while we’re traveling over from Ohio to make the purchase. This was despite several people calling and offering to buy the vehicle. It was a very long process but when we finally decided to purchase our vehicle my husband noticed several dents in the back right panel where it looks like it was backed into something. Working with our sales consultant, Jay Bechara, was a great experience. He’s a very down to earth, knowledgeable, and makes you feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. We arrived in the early a great experience. He’s a very down to earth, knowledgeable, and makes you feel comfortable throughout the whole experience. We arrived in the early afternoon and didn’t leave the dealership until a couple hours after closing and Jay was there every step of the way and even took time to show us the interior functions of the new vehicle before we left. He truly takes time to ensure that you’re pleased with your purchase and will go the extra step. Jason Conn was also very knowledgeable and willing to handle each aspect of securing our financing to ensure that our purchase was completed to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend working with these two individuals in the future to anyone looking for a personal and professional experience. More
